A limited edition glazed ceramic tile titled Lady Godiva after Salvador Dali (1904-1989). Dali was a prominent Spanish painter born in Catalonia, Spain. He was best known for the bizarre and striking images in his surrealist works. This piece depicts Lady Godiva, covered in her long hair next to a white horse. The original work was published as part of the Dalinean Horses series in 1972. This tile from a sold-out edition. It is numbered, plate signed, and dated.
