A Pizzamatic Corp. model 2400ACT automated sauce applicator. It features a robust metal construction with an automated plunger, a dense plastic sauce applicator, a clear plastic sauce reservoir, an electronic sensor, and a conveyor belt. The sensor activates the belt and positions a hand loaded dough blank under the applicator and distributes the sauce drawn from the reservoir. Includes a control panel with several buttons, including start/stop, prime, head on/off, count reset, and fault reset. Worked upon testing. See also 16CIN575-022 for a matching cheese applicator.
