A collection of antique bibles. This grouping includes a 1866 The New Testament of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ translated out of the original Greek and with the former translations diligently compared and revised. The bible was published by the American Bible Society of New York and is leather bound. The grouping also includes The Holy Bible: Containing the Old and New Testaments printed by George E. Eyre and William Spottiswoode of London, Edinburgh, and New York, and has a hardbound cover with a gold tone metal border. The third book is an 1869 The Holy Bible: Containing the Old and New Testaments published by the American Bible Society of New York and is leather bound with a brass metal closure.
