1960 Baby Blue Ford Starliner

A stunning 1960 Ford Starliner in baby blue featuring the Ford FE 352 V-8 engine. VIN is 0G53X153531; odometer reads actual miles of 76052.3. This car is the fastback version of the popular Ford Galaxie. It is highlighted by thin roof pillars, fastback design, and sleek aerodynamic shape with an Atomic space age feel classic for the era. The Starliner offered a platform for NASCAR teams to build their early race cars and Ford produced them in limited numbers for the purpose of racing and testing race designs. The interior space features bench seating in blue vinyl and tweed with updated seat lap belts. This car features a manual choke control on the dash, along with dash clock and AM radio. The trunk is filled with extra paint, assorted car parts and vintage magazines and documents regarding the car and its model type.

  • This car will be available for preview Tuesday November 22nd and Wednesday November 23 from 10 am to 5 pm both days, at our Wilmer Avenue location in Cincinnati.
  • Please note that payment for motor vehicles can only be rendered by cash, cashier’s check or wire transfer. Cashier’s checks take up to 24 hours to clear and all wire transfers must be made through EBTH Headquarters prior to EBTH releasing any vehicles. EBTH will not accept credit card payment for motor vehicles at any time. Additionally, EBTH does not warrant condition of vehicles. Condition stated is that of owner. Please bring mechanic to preview for personal assessment. Lastly, the winning bidder is advised to check with their DMV / BMV to ensure that all necessary paperwork, tags, title transfer, et cetera are complete before the motor vehicle is removed from the premises.

Condition

- started up. Per consignor, the following items were replaced, rebuilt or added in 2007: front and rear springs and shocks, transmission, brake shoes and two wheel cylinders, tires switched to radial from the #78-14’s, carburetor, distributor, water pump, thermostat, belts and hoses, along with some of the window seal replaced. Seat belts. Repainted in the original coloring 2003, with the seats recovered and new carpeting added. Minor rust showing on bottom of the driver door. Maintained inside a garage.
