Collection of Texas Land Grants from Mid to Late 1800s
Item Details
A collection of Texas land grants. These pieces are from the mid to late 1900s, dated 1857, 1879, 1885, and 1886. One land grant is signed by Governor Pease and is on vellum. The Grants grant land in and around around Austin, Texas to various settlers in the 1900s. Each grant is filled out, signed, and dated.
Condition
- discoloration; papers have been folded; rips and fraying to edges; stains.
