An antique original gouache on paper signed C.H. Roberts. This original painting depicts a stream bed lined with mature trees displaying early fall foliage. It is signed in red by the artist and dated 1907 to the lower right corner. This work is housed in a wood and applied gesso frame with an antiqued gold tone finish. It is protected under non-glare glass and has a hanging wire attached to the verso.

Condition

- significant damage to the frame. The painting appears in good condition.
