A contemporary convertible coffee table. The coffee table top lifts to become desk height and reveal two shallow storage compartments underneath. The rectangular top is constructed of pieced and dovetail detail sections of wood arranged in a decorative pattern. The legs and apron have a bowing, contemporary curve to them contrasting also with the exposed decorative construction of pegs joining the legs.
