A pair of framed offset lithograph prints on fabric after eighteenth-century French paintings. These images are presented in matching oval gold tone frames with a fleur-de-lis motif. The portrait of the boy is after Jean-Baptiste Greuze’s Petit garçon blond a la chemise ouverte (c. 1760), while that of the girl is after Louise Élisabeth Vigée Le Brun’s Julie Le Brun (1789). Both pieces have red felt backing and an attached metal loop for hanging.
Condition
- frames have a deliberate aged look.
