A Cleveland Indians Stanford Pottery bank. This ceramic bank has the Indians mascot, Wahoo, smiling, in a baseball uniform, holding a bat at his left side. He has a gold shaded tooth. ‘Indians’ is embossed on the front of his jersey. This item was produced in 1949 by the Stanford Pottery company, located in Sebring, Ohio; this information is stamped on the bottom in black. The original owner wrote on the bottom, ‘May 1929’ and ‘Cleveland Indians’ (written multiple times).
