An original signed pastel portrait by listed artist Juan DePrey (Puerto Rican, (1904 – 1962). The portrait portrays a visage with large dark eyes, short hair, a broad nose and full lips, the piece rendered in black and blue pastels. The work is displayed under glass in a black stained wood frame with off white painted filet liner. The drawing is signed to the upper left corner.
Juan DePrey is known for his portrait work and genre depictions.
