A pair of R. Birchard signed original oil on canvas cityscapes. One is an Impressionist-style oil painting that depicts people walking between buildings surrounded by bushes and trees with autumn leaves. Displayed in a burlap mat with wood filet and presented in a wood frame painted beige with orange highlights. The second Impressionist-style painting depicts people walking through the streets of a city surrounded by tall buildings; it is displayed in a linen mat and presented in a wood frame with gold tone and blue highlights. Both are signed in black ink by R. Birchard in the lower left corner of the plate . There is hanging hardware to the verso.
