A San Francisco Music Box Company Royal Crest carousel horse. The hand-painted object is outfitted in they style of a knight’s horse from medieval times, with the gold tone carousel pole inserted through the saddle. The horse stands upon a decorated, rectangular stand, which rests upon claw feet. It is marked to the side of the stand ‘The S.F. Music Box Co. – Royal Crest – Limited Edition – 0139/3,000’. The music box is marked to the bottom with ‘The San Francisco Music Box Company’ and its logo; a barcode tag reads ‘64198 – Polonaise – Made In China’. The bottom can be unscrewed and features the turn key marked with ‘S’.
