14K Gold Filled Illinois Open Face Pocket Watch

A 14K white gold filled Illinois open face pocket watch. This timepiece features a double roller, 17 jewel movement, an acrylic crystal, a silvered dial with Arabic numerals, and a separate second hand dial. The back of the case has engraved stripes and ‘H.C.W.’ monogrammed in a horizontal cartouche. The case is from the Elgin Giant Watch Case Co., number 4389699. Movement serial number 4690889.
