Item Details

An original signed limited edition aquatint etching with a la poupée coloring by 20th century Indian artist Kaiko Moti (1921 – 1989). The print depicts a pair of horses running across a wide field to avoid an impending large, dark cloud. The horses run towards an area where the sun shines brightly over a distant mountain range. The print is signed and numbered 96 from an edition of 120 prints in pencil to the lower corners. The print is matted in charcoal gray and is presented behind glass in a thin silver tone metal frame with a hanging wire to the verso.
