Item Details
A original landscape oil painting on board by artist P. Bell. The piece depicts a house at the base of the mountain by a stream surrounded by tall pines. The piece is signed ‘P. Bell’ to the lower right corner. It is presented in a wood frame with a gilt fillet, linen liner and gilt finish. Bell is said to have been a student of Andrew Schwartz who studied under Frank Duveneck at the Art Academy of Cincinnati.
