A signed limited edition offset lithograph after an original by Chicago artist Melvin King (b.1935). This work depicts a mother and child, within a vibrant Cubist framework. It is signed within the plate, in the bottom right corner, signed and numbered forty out of an edition of 800 by hand in silver pen, and signed once more by hand with a personalized dedication dating to 1999. The work is presented behind semi-frosted glass, in a gold-toned foliate frame, wired for hanging.
