Item Details
A pair of fancy painted Windsor chairs. The antique New England early 19th century chairs have a curved crest with central fruit painted panel with original black painted finish, bamboo turned spindles tied into a shaped seat. The chairs rest on similar canted legs with ‘H’ stretcher and are unsigned.

- damage to one spindle
- general wear to finish consistent with age and use
