Pair of 1940's Vintage Chalkware String Holders
Item Details
A pair of 1940’s vintage chalkware string holders. The elongated doll face features a red scarf tried just beneath her chin and is signed Artist H. Bello and is marked Copr 1941 By Universal Sta. Co. The second doll face features a red scarf tied around her curly locks and is unmarked. Both of the string holders have metal hardware to the verso to hang.
Condition
wear consistent with age, some chips to paint, a small part of scarf under the chin of one face has been broken and repaired
