1996 Henri Linton Acrylic Landscape "Delta Blue #20"

Item Details

A 1966 acrylic on canvas painting titled Delta Blue #20 by Arkansas painter Henri Linton (b.1944). This vibrant large abstract landscape features a series of layered rectangles of varying zooming, depicting a rolling countryside bellow a wide sky in shades of bright pinks, blues, purples and yellows. It is signed ‘H. Linton ’96’ in the lower right corner. The canvas is presented on a wooden stretcher wired for hanging. Written on the back of the stretcher is ‘Deep Blue #20, 54 × 68’ Henri Linton’. Please see the link for the artist biography from his inclusion to the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame.
