Alfred Birdsey Original Oil Painting "Bermudas"
Item Details
An original oil painting on canvas titled Bermuda by listed artist Alfred Birdsey (1912 – 1996). The piece depicts a coastal scene with sailing boat located to the lower left corner of the composition situated over cerulean waters contiguous to two large rocks and water reflections constructed with palette knife applications; with visible horizon line and cream tone skies in the background. The painting is signed ‘Birdsey’ to the lower right corner. It is presented in a wood floating frame with olive fillet. There is a sawtooth hardware attached to the verso and the piece is ready to hang.
