An oil painting on canvas board seascape by listed artist Lionel Walden (1861-1933). Known for his seascapes, here Walden depicts white-capped waves crashing over rocks. To the lower left, the work has been signed by the artist in dark paint. The item is presented in a decorative wood frame that has been painted brown. Hanging wire present to verso.

- crazing throughout paint layers; scuffing present to frame.
