Two original signed watercolors of Taxco, Mexico. These two unframed watercolors colorfully depict quiet street scenes in the colonial town of Taxco, which is located southwest of Mexico City. Each scene depicts a narrow city street lined with buildings in the Spanish colonial style. A single walker dressed in a long red skirt is pictured in each work. Both are labeled and signed to the lower edge of the painting. The paintings are unframed, mounted to backing paper, and awaiting choice of presentation.
Condition
Unframed; stored flat. Some yellowing consistent with age. Rip to the mounted backing.

Measurement taken of the larger watercolor. The smaller one measures 8.5" w x 11" h.
