A framed original offset lithograph poster published by the Donaldson Lithographing Company, Inc., of Newport, Kentucky, promoting the 1936 Ohio State Fair, August 18 – 22 in Columbus, Ohio. The featured imagery depicts a smiling young blonde woman, her face framed by the arched handle of a woven basket overflowing with grapes, apples, pears, cherries and peaches. Printed text to the bottom of the poster advertises the services offered by the Donaldson Lithographing Company and offers a pricing guide as well. The poster is mounted behind navy blue mat, under glass in a beveled wood frame with a natural stained finish.
