Original Barday Etchings of French Towns

Item Details

A pair of aquatint etchings by French artist Barday. There is a colorful harbor scene titled Menton-Le Pont and a street scene in Amiens, France titled Amiens, La Rue des Eanneurs. Both are titled and signed by the artist and have U.S. Army stamps to the reverse, indicating they were brought from France to the U.S. during World War II.
