1960s W&S Sorensen Sterling Silver Olive Fork Set
Item Details
A circa 1960s set of six W&S Sorensen Danish sterling silver olive forks in their original box. Each piece features a gold tone openwork crown at the end of the handle and a fluted neck. The forks are stamped to the back with ‘W&S.Sorensen, Sterling, Denmark’. The collection comes in its original white box, with hasp closure. The top of the box is marked ‘Made in Denmark’, while the inside lining is marked with the name of the Dutch Antilles department store that sold the items: ‘Spritzer & Fuhrmann, Curaçao – Aruba, Netherlands West Indies’. Total approximate weight is 1.845 ozt.
