An original watercolor on paper painting paper signed to the bottom left hand corner by former Cincinnati Mayor Ted Berry, and dated 1928. The former Cincinnati Mayor has done an Ohio River Steamer, likely long out of commission, great justice. The artistry reflects gifted hands. The mayor has painted an Ohio River Lines vessel called ‘The John May,’ flying a flag for Maysville, Ky. This incredible and historic watercolor is presented in a silver gilt wood framed with luxurious triple mats to edge.
Condition
Wear to painting consistent with age, some wear to frame backing.
