Reverse Glass Painting "On the Danube"

An early 20th-century reverse glass souvenir painting titled On the Danube by an anonymous artist, circa 1900. The image depicts a castle on the river at night with its drawbridge extended, a full moon shining brightly in the sky. The piece is titled to the lower left and there is no artist signature. The painting is mounted in an oval wood frame with cast applique and a gilt finish.
