Vintage Madame Alexander Dionne Quintuplet Composition Baby Dolls With Crib

A wonderful set of vintage Madame Alexander Dionne Quintuplets baby dolls in their baby crib, circa mid-1930s. These composition dolls have molded curly hair, painted eyes and lips with poseable strung arms and legs. The babies are marked Alexander to their backs and are dressed in their original diapers along with bibs embroidered with their color identifying names and coordinating trim, possibly a later addition. They are nestled side-by-side in a light pink wooden crib that bears their names to the footboard with a pink dotted Swiss fabric cushion and pillow.
Condition
-consistent with age with soiling on pillows and blanket, scuffs and finish damage to bed and finish loss, crazing, hand damagee and loose joints to dolls.
