An original acrylic on canvas painting signed and titled to the verso by artist Shannon Girouard, titled Once in a Blue Moon, dated 2005. The image, rendered in thick impasto paint, depicts an uneven dark terrain lined with blue trees on the horizon, the sky filled with stars and a giant moon. Artist initials and date also marked to lower right. This piece is not framed.

Condition

- light wear around edges of canvas. Bottom left corner has some paint loss. Light accretion on painting surface.
