A pair of offset lithograph posters promoting the Calgary 1988 Olympic Winter Games. The first is after an original painting by Canadian artist Ken Wesman (born 1936). It depicts a bright splatter-painted rendition of a pair of hockey players facing off in the rink. The second is after an original painting by Canadian artist Brent Lynch that depicts a downhill skier whizzing past the viewer. Both posters are signed in-plate by the artists. The Wesman poster is matted in red, and both posters are presented behind glass in thin silver tone metal frames with hanging wires.
