A fantastically modern Harry Bertoia for Knoll Bird chair and ottoman, circa 1970. Featuring a black metal mesh base in a bird wire design of low basket shaped seat, flared sides and bird tail shaped back rest. A pale yellow woven upholstery cover is stretched over the frame. The chair stands on two welded wire box-shaped legs. A matching foot stool ottoman is also included.Tags reads: ‘Knoll International, New York’.
