A set of Alfred Meakin England hand painted china featuring The Indian Tree pattern which was produced by the company form 1883-1897 and designed after Indian textile patterns popular during the period. This collection features hard to find egg cups and oversized teacups. The pattern features a tree with exotic flowers in blues, greens, pinks with a gold key around the rim. Manufacturer’s mark to the underside.
Condition
Surface wear due to use and age. Some color is fading. The bottom of one of the egg cups is cracked. Consistent with age of items.

Dinner plate measures 9" in diameter.
Oval platter measures 12".
