Item Details

A World War II era Australian coin bracelet. This bracelet is made from seven various drilled pre-decimal Australian coins with a unique belt-buckle-style clasp. The coins are dated 1942 and 1943 and have a silver content of 92.5%. The center coin is cut in the shape of a heart. The three center coins have melted reverse sides and are engraved “Muriel from Al” to the heart, and “August 8, 1944” to the left side coin, and “New Guinea” to the right side coin. The clasp is unmarked.

Personalization to three charms. Tarnish and aged patina to metals.
