Bound in brown cloth covered boards with gold-tone stamped title and author. Brown floral end papers. The book is 773 pages with advertisements at the end.

- wear consistent with age and use. Pages show some yellowing but all appear intact and clean. The cover page is partially detached. Cover shows a bit of wear consistent with age. The spine is intact, but slightly weak and is cocked. A small chip to the top of the spine. Wear to hinges and edges of boards. Staining to back cover. A previous owner wrote their name and dated a page in blue pencil.
