A poker table with six arm chairs. This five-foot wide table has a black microfiber top surface surrounded by six wood poker chip / drink holders. The table features a padded outer rim covered in black bonded leather. The pedestal base has four ball and claw feet. The chairs feature swivel seats and a hydraulic control for easy seat height adjustment. They have black bonded leather backs, seats, and manchettes and a five-prong base with casters. The exposed wood has a deep cherry finish. These items are located on the lower level of the home with walk-out access.

Condition
Minor marks to wood consistent with age. One 1/2" tear to the top edge of the table. A few arms are loose. One chair back needs tightened. Overall in good condition. All chair lift mechanisms operate easily.
Dimensions
Measurement taken of the table. The chairs measure 26" w x 37" h x 30" d with an adjustable seat height of 18.5" to 22".
