A completed Paragon Needlecraft ‘Friendship Quilt’ vintage cross stitch quilt featuring a grid of twelve cross stitched panels. Each panel features an American folk art inspired motif in red, green, blue, and yellow. The original Paragon pattern kit came with a cotton top sheet stamped with a printed design to cross stitch over. The design dissolves in water, leaving only the embroidered design to be quilted and finished. The fabric edge is printed ‘Paragon Needlecraft No. 01145 Quilt’ with numbered panels. The sheet is also printed ‘Embroider with Peri-Lusta / 100% Cotton’. The quilt is reinforced at the sides and fitted onto dowels at the top and bottom.
Condition
Light brown stains and discoloration.
