A pencil signed offset lithograph after the original oil on canvas by Joseph Holston (b.1944) titled Miz Emily, dated 1984. An American artist known for his cubist abstract style, Holston depicts an older African American woman dressed a white apron, dark cardigan and white scarf covering her hair, with a walking stick in hand, looking off into the distance. Copyright information, name of author and image located to lower middle under main image. The image is housed underneath glass in a black metal frame; hanging wire present to verso.
