A Frederic Remington bronze chess set. The Western-style set comes with a wood board painted in a green and black checked pattern with gold tone detailing on the black squares. The side of the board is stamped with a Frederic Remington gold tone signed emblem. The set comes with 24 bronze topped pawns with wood bases. The bottom of each piece is marked with its name, ‘Created in Thailand’ and ‘© 1991 FRAM’.
