An original pastel drawing on paper by contemporary artist Elizabeth Armbruster, titled San Francisco. The highly abstracted image seems to depict a light streaming from an open doorway in a dark shadowy alley. Patched rectangles of warm tones of red, purple, orange, and yellow build up the textured scene. The drawing is signed in red pastel to the lower left. It is double-matted in gray and white and is presented behind glass in a thin black metal frame with a hanging wire.
