Collection of Five of Barbé Acrylic Paintings on Board
Item Details
A collection of five original acrylic paintings on board by the French artist Barbé. This includes Summer Olay, Bretagne (Britany) France, Boat Yard, Jeuf de plage, Over the Coast of France! [First Atlantic Crossing in a Free balloon. August 17, 1978]. All five paintings are signed ‘Barbé’ in the bottom right corner of the image with titles written on back. The paintings all depict landscapes near or with water. Attached to back all five paintings is an artist’s biography. Each painting is housed in a brass metal frame with a cream or peach mat, without glass.
Condition
Some scratches on frames and stains on mats.
