Item Details
An Spode coffee pot. The coffee pot is made of glazed china, with a round, fluted body, and a domed lid with a flower-shaped knob. The body of the coffee pot is decorated with orange and brown stylized flowering branches, flowers, and butterflies. The handle and spout are hand-painted with gold lustre and red-orange enamel. The coffee pot is marked ‘Spode – England 2/959 – Indian Tree – From a Design C. 1730’ to the underside.
