A German offset lithograph depicting Martin Luther. This lithograph features several small vignettes depicting Martin Luther’s life and work in and against the church. Each vignette is situated within a large, scrolling yellow frame with various phrases in German describing the images. The piece is not matted and is housed in an antiqued gilt and black frame. The back is signed in pencil and appears to be ‘Burnill.’
