Item Details
A framed oil on canvas painting titled, Colorado View by artist, Henry Hulsmann (German American,1849-1930), who is best known for his beautiful landscape paintings. This painting depicts a lovely blue river running through the green rolling hills of a country side with a neutral palette comprised of green, brown, grey, tan, orange, and teal. The painting is housed in an ornate gold gilt frame with elegant floral motifs, which is also surrounded by a large shadowbox frame with a glass facade. There is no visible signature on this piece, but the title and authors name are written to the verso.
Condition
- heavy wear to shadow box, but actual frame appears to be in really good condition.

- Measurement above includes shadowbox frame. Interior frame measures 13.5"W x 11.5"H, while the actual visible image measures approximately 9.5"W x 7.5"H.
