Oneida Silver Plate Fork and Spoon

Item Details

A silver plated fork and spoon by Oneida Ltd. These are in their Bird of Paradise pattern, introduced in 1923, which has a simple form with a narrow stem, and an oval ended handle ornamented with a scroll edged cartouche with a pair of birds admist foliate designs. They are marked on the back ‘Community Plate’ in a pointed cartouche.
