Item Details
An original mid-20th century oil and sand painting on canvas by an artist named P. Gillet. The Modernist piece depicts a highly abstracted still life, where stylized ‘flowers’ made of textured impasto paint mixed with sand rest in various vessels on a table. The attractive painting is created with a thoughtful color palette in various shades of green, teal, white, and red. It is signed in black to the lower right and is titled in ink to the verso. The painting is presented in a wooden slat-style frame with a wire to the verso for hanging.

-frame is separating very slightly at corners.
