An original 1957 oil on canvas landscape by 20th century Cincinnati-based artist Marion Mauch (1925 – 2013). The painting depicts a wide view from a hilltop of the rooftops of the east end of Cincinnati. Grassy hills rise in the distance, framing the city’s angled deep red architecture. The painting is signed and dated to the lower right, and is signed again to the verso. It is presented in a wooden frame with white finish and a hanging wire. Mauch was a member of the Hilltop Artists of College Hill in Cincinnati.

- light scratching to frame. Very light warping to canvas.
