An antique Kee Wo Drum Maker Chinese dragon and phoenix drum. Features two leather sides with metal nail head edging and a painted wood surround. One side of the drum is painted with a dragon and the other with a phoenix, symbolizing prosperity and happiness. Drums like these were used to announce big celebration, lion dance, achievement in battlefield and holy rituals.
