A thin, power loomed wool Bokhara carpet runner from The Rug Gallery. The rug features a unique color palette of bright turquoise, white, yellow and black, with two rows of repeated Tekke elephant’s foot medallions running the length at the center. The guls are surrounded by additional Tekke medallions and half-medallions with ram’s horn shapes. It has a complex, compound border featuring a paneled starburst principal border and a checked lattice panel to either end. It has a small kilim skirt and hand-tied, natural wool warp fringe to either end. Tagged to reverse.
