Item Details
A Victorian carved hall chair. This mahogany chair features a scrolled crest with a cartouche-form, relief-carved splat. The chair has a plank seat and rises on frontal ring-turned legs ending in cylindrical feet. The underside of the seat is numbered ‘237’ in chalk.
Condition
- some minor surface wear.
- seat with a few light age splits.
- repair to rear leg brace.
