Vintage Bennett Turquoise, Coral and Nickel Silver Bolo Tie

Item Details

A vintage nickel silver, turquoise, and coral Bennet bolo tie. This tie features an inverted trapezoid-shaped slide. The slide has a wide frame with braided accents to the outer border and carved fan accents to the inner border of the deeply carved center arrangement. The center arrangement features a bezel-set pear-shaped cabochon of natural stabilized turquoise with a slight brown and brown matrix visible at the top right corner, and a bezel set freeform cabochon of coral to the bottom center. In between the stones are deeply carved leaf and cornucopia-like twisted vines. The slide attaches to a braided black leather cord with brass tone tips at the ends. The tie measures approximately 36’ in length. The slide is stamped ‘Bennett Pat. Pending R’ on the verso.
